IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COPYRIGHT

Many of our teacher resource books provide a publisher's licence to the purchasing teacher so they can copy according to their classroom needs. Please note the following if you intend copying from any of our books which state a publisher's licence, whether you be the purchaser or not.

Permission is granted to the individual owner of the book to make properly attributed, reprographic, un-stored copies from the original book for his/her non-commercial single classroom use only. This right is in addition to rights under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (the Act). Copying from the books by an educational institution, as opposed to an individual purchasing teacher, falls within the educational statutory licence under the Act. This copying is NOT Black Line Master copying. The Act allows a maximum of one chapter or 10% of either the pages (hard copy) or the words (electronic use) of the book, whichever is the greater, to be reproduced and/or communicated by any educational institution for its educational purposes provided that the educational institution (or the body that administers it) has given remuneration notice to the copyright collecting agency under Act.

Any and all copies made during copyright sampling must be acknowledged to author N J Waddington unless otherwise indicated.
