Use decompression software Winzip/FreeZip to decompress the file. Do not try to open the program from the Winzip window, unzip the file fully, go to the unzipped JukeRecMan folder and double-click the JukeRecManager Solution file. Please read the ReadMe file in the JukeRecMan folder for troubleshooting when decompressed. To safeguard your data, the program is password protected. The initial password is 'user' but you can change it later. After agreeing to the Licence Agreement, you then type 'demo' in the username field to open the program.
