During the checkout process, you will be given a choice of freight options. The freight free option for software registration refers only to software programs (e.g. School Data Express, Reader Express, Coach Express, Raffle Ticket Machine and the Jukebox programs) that you can freely download from our website and unlock using the code we email you after purchase. All other products have to be physically delivered to you (e.g. publications which are books, ebooks, first aid items etc...), therefore, you must select a freight option for delivery that applies to your purchase. Where a customer has selected the freight free option for a product purchase that needs to be physically freighted, we reserve the right to apply freight and charge it in line with the correct charge and/or we may provide the download option but any free items offered will not be included. Free ebook/software items only supplied on disk as the free item data exceeds 1 Gigabyte.

POSTAGE & HANDLING (in $AU) - Usually delivered within 7 business days across Australia. Air Mail service can take between 2 to 4 weeks for overseas destinations. We do not use sea freight as delivery could take up to 6 months.

Regrettably we no longer offer NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY due to bad experiences with some freight handlers promising priority service but failing to deliver on time.

*If over 20kg (actual or cubic weight), more than one parcel required or for remote destinations, multiple base charges may apply. Orders outside of Australia are billed according to actual weight. The Invoice generated from this web site calculates your freight charge automatically and does not account for possible multiple charges if applied. Overseas orders over 20kg may cost more or less than the top freight charge generated.

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE - RETURNS & REFUNDS - Return items in original condition within 7 days for a full refund covering the product cost. Includes where a customer chooses to cancel an order that has already been processed. Postage, handling and other surcharges are not refundable. Software excluded as disks once opened or unlock codes received can not be refunded.

A 4% surcharge may be added to orders paid by credit card or Paypal. This will appear on your final invoice but not on your internet generated order. Unfortunately we've had to introduce this charge due to banks/Paypal charging 3-4% of transaction totals and secure server costs, You can avoid this 4% charge if you send a cheque or perform an electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly into our BankSA/St George/Westpac bank account (BSB 105019 and Account number 101447040 also provided at checkout and on invoice). In this case, dispatch may be delayed by a day or two due to EFTs taking time to go through bank servers unless you are using either of the above banks, in which case the transfer will be immediate. Please also note that payments are offset against online accounts at the end of each month.
 

Approx. $5.50 is charged for faxing an invoice / statement. Avoid this charge by supplying an email address.

All our prices are in AUD (Australian dollars), however, overseas software sales will be charged the same price but in US$. For orders sent directly to a school address, we allow payment on invoice. Personal orders sent to private addresses may require payment prior to dispatch. Payment is easy via direct credit EFT to our BankSA/St George bank account (BSB 105019 and Account number 101447040 also provided at checkout and on invoice),  Money Order, Visa/MasterCard (available at checkout), bank cheque.
