Fixed Back Up button script to minimise
Pref.fp5 window after backing up. Fixed past subject comments
under report layouts for subjects 3 - 12. Allowed data entry for

values on assessment layouts 1, 2 and home class. Added more
print warning dialogue boxes to button scripts for ease of
printing single records or ranges of records. Added Help
strategies for finding records according to a range within a
field.

Fixed auto system date roll over and the way it
updates chronological ages and birthdays for a new year. Fixed
several field value lists on Awards and Infringements print
layouts. Fixed DOBs 1/11/XX or 11/1/XX from showing on Birthdays
portal on both days of any year.

buttons, particularly for flexible student focused outcome based

recording.

Added 'All' buttons to Consent portals, Subject
Tasks portals, Homework portals and English and Maths group
testing record areas. Added last Max and Raw Scores to class list
layouts for all subjects and tasks. Fixed 'Next' button for
Homework portal on Records layout. Aligned most portal data left.
Fixed auto Guest file closings when messaged by Host on the
network. Added extra troubleshooting information.

Corrected the information for omit function
finds in the Help information. Altered the Special field on the
Summaries Testing layout to show check boxes. Also added the
Status field to the same layout.

Changed related files to Multi user (Hidden) so
that only the main DExpress.fp5 file appears when finding Hosts
on a network. Altered class name style on Absence portals in
morning pages, from bold blue to normal black. Corrected several
spelling errors in Help file.
