Sterile gel impregnated dressing. New multi-action sterile gel cools, moistens, soothes pain and helps protect against infection. Non-adherent and water soluble. Non-toxic. Approximately 65g each, which is about 40% more gel than the old BurnAid brand. More multi-purpose too.

For emergency first aid use on burns and scalds when clean running water not available or to place over a burn after 20mins running water used prior to medical aid.
