We try to process orders same business day if received prior to 2pm.
For software download deliveries, please allow up to 24 hours as they are processed manually.
All physical parcel deliveries go via Australia Post eParcel, charged according to 3 flat-rates for goods up to 20kg based on your total order $ value to anywhere in Australia. If near/over 20kg (actual or cubic weight), more than one parcel required or for very remote destinations, multiple flat-rate charges may apply. Please allow between 2 to 7 business days to reach destinations across Australia. Contact us if you need Express Post but please be aware that it comes at a higher cost in line with Australia Post's charges, handling added and delivery times ultimately depend on your location which may take more than one business day.

*If near/over 20kg (actual or cubic weight), more than one parcel required or for remote destinations, multiple base charges may apply. Orders outside of Australia are billed according to actual weight and Australia Post's overseas freight charges. The Invoice generated from this web site calculates your freight charge automatically and may not account for possible multiple charges if they need to be applied. Overseas orders are sent via Air Mail service and can take between 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. We do not use sea freight.
eBook and Software Delivery Options
Most of our ebooks are approximately 5 to 30MB so they can not be emailed. If individual/single teacher registration ordered with other ebooks, without further instructions, it will be deemed all ebooks purchased are to be registered/stamped to the individual teacher. If whole school registration is ordered with other ebooks, without further instructions, it will be deemed all ebooks purchased are to be registered/stamped with the school name. Media supplied is Windows formatted USB flash media cards in a shrink-wrapped card. Free ebook/software items are supplied on physical USB flash card media as the free item data exceeds 2 Gigabytes. If the Reading & Spelling Tests ebook is purchased, most free items are available via our eLibrary link on page 130. If this ebook is not purchased, most free items are supplied via download or via links provided.
Please ensure you keep a back-up copy of your software.
If you are unhappy with any purchase, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issue. We want all our customers to be pleased with every purchase and happy with our service because we value your business. If any problem is our fault, we will work with you to find a solution. One solution may be our free post return label service where goods can be returned free of postage costs, even picked up by your regular Australia Post deliverer or lodged at any Post Office.
You can return items under our general guarantee if in original condition and within a 7 day decision period for a credit covering the product cost (excluding postage & handling). Made-to-order items are not refundable.
If a return is not due to our/a fault, a 20% restocking fee may be applied. A restocking fee may be applied if returns involve entire orders, repackaging and/or re-stocking of manufactured goods such as kits. The re-stocking fee also includes returned eBay orders or where a customer chooses to cancel an order containing customised manufactured items already processed, packaged but not dispatched.
Delivery/postage, handling and other surcharges are not refundable. Free gifts are provided only when a sale meets a minimum value.
Software and ebooks cannot be refunded once download link supplied or received/opened. We take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels if customers instruct us to leave parcels somewhere without person to person delivery confirmation, which usually involves signature on delivery.
