Since our website changeover, all login usernames to accounts defaulted from an account number to the email address as the login username. You can change this back to your account number or something else once you have logged in, otherwise you can leave the email as your username. This system has been established due to new world-wide privacy regulations/protocols which ensure only the account holder knows their password (which is always only sent to the email address on file). Also, having a general email address for your username in a shared account environment allows multiple access. However, large entities can also place orders under different login names and our processing will do its best to match orders from many to the same single entity (which allows for combined reward points under the same entity's main account).
