Customer Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any purchase, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve any issue. We want all our customers to be pleased with every purchase and be happy with our service because we value your business. 

You can return items under our general guarantee if in original condition and within a 7 day decision period after delivery, for a credit covering the product cost. However, ebooks/software supplied via download, all made-to-order (MTO) and any special volume or discounted purchases are not refundable. Clickable download hot links show on invoices and/or in My Account>Downloadable Products, active 5 times each within 30 days. Delivery postage and handling, fees and surcharges are not refundable. 

Tiered/discount prices and/or free gift offers are provided only when a sale meets stated conditions such as minimum order quantity/value. If available stock unit quantity and/or availability time shows for a product, it is a guide only and may change without notice or experience update delay during periods of high demand or slower than expected re-stocking arrival.  Newsletter special offers are generally restricted to newsletter recipients.

Account credit must be used for future purchases if a refund request is not made within 7 days. Account credit unclaimed after 12 months may be forfeited but will be maintained for an additional 12 months if requested.
